How it works

Once I receive your initial payment, I’ll send you an email to arrange your on-boarding session. During the on-boarding session I’ll be able to get an idea of your aims, abilities, knowledge, and experience. I’ll then provide you with a template practice that you can build on over time. Throughout your time with me and as we work together, I’ll work as hard as I possibly can to help you attain your goals through the beautiful practice of pranayama.
