ALL WELCOME!

You’ll need comfortable clothing, a mat and possibly a firm cushion/block/bolster to sit on for the pranayama breathing part. If you’re not comfortable sitting on the floor for the pranayama breathing part, you can either lie down or sit on a stool or firm chair.
