Monthly Practice
The next monthly practice is on Sunday 26th April. The session will be recorded and available to watch after the event.
Overview – Practice: Sunday 26th April 2026
1/ Introduction – a short introduction to the session and what we’ll cover.
2/ Overview of techniques – We’ll review the techniques used in the session and there will be opportunity for questions.
3/ Physical movement – This will include some movement and some yoga postures. Top open up and prepare the body for pranayama.
4/ Pranayama – This will be the main part of the session. It will follow a traditional format and include: body/breath awareness, Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, Surya Bhedan, Nadi Shodhana, Ujjayi, Sheetali, and Bhramari.
5/ Review and comment – An chance to comment on the session.

To attend the session, you will need knowledge and experience of pranayama. Please see table below for guidance.
