Pat is an experienced specialist prāṇāyāma instructor with international teaching experience Taught by the highly respect Dr Vishwas Mandlik, he holds a 1st Class Distinction in Advanced Prāṇāyāma gained from one of the world’s leading yoga institutes (Yoga Vidya Gurukul, India). He has practiced yoga for over 15 years and taught prāṇāyāma to a wide variety of people including those experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and sleep associated issues, those in the public eye/high-pressure executive roles, and ultra performance athletes.
Pat normally practices prāṇāyāma 3 times a day. He get’s up at 4.30am. At 5.15am he starts a 1-hr physical yoga session, followed by some Qigong. Then he’ll do 45 minutes of prāṇāyāma and meditation. He’ll do another prāṇāyāma practice before lunch and a final gentle prāṇāyāma/meditation session before bed.
